Refund Policy
Product Orders & Service Terms
This policy applies to RidgeArmor product orders and FireTek Wildfire Defense LLC consultation or project services. If a written quote, order confirmation, or signed agreement states different terms, those terms control. Please contact us before ordering or scheduling if you need clarification.
Scope
FireTek Wildfire Defense LLC supplies RidgeArmor products and may provide project consultation or site-specific mitigation services. Because orders and projects can involve freight, custom quantities, scheduling, and third-party delivery, cancellations and returns are handled under the terms below.
Deposits
Deposits or advance payments may be required to reserve production, freight, materials, or scheduled project time. Once production, ordering, or scheduled work has begun, those amounts may be non-refundable. Any written quote or order confirmation will identify deposit-specific terms.
Cancellations
Please request cancellation in writing before production, ordering, shipment, or scheduled work begins. Once costs have been incurred, the customer remains responsible for completed work, committed materials, and applicable freight or supplier charges.
Product Returns & Freight
Unopened, unused RidgeArmor products may be considered for return after prior written authorization. Installed, cut, custom, special-order, or customer-damaged materials are non-returnable. Approved returns may be reduced by original freight, return freight, restocking, handling, or supplier fees. Report visible freight damage promptly and retain the packaging and photographs so we can review the claim.
Consultation & Project Services
Completed consultation and project services are not refundable once delivered or performed. If you believe the agreed scope was not completed, contact us promptly so FireTek Wildfire Defense LLC can review the concern and determine an appropriate correction.
Unforeseen Conditions
If delivery or project work is delayed or cannot be completed because of unsafe conditions, weather, regulatory issues, carrier events, or other circumstances beyond FireTek Wildfire Defense LLC’s reasonable control, we will communicate next steps and may reschedule, replace, credit, or refund the affected portion as appropriate.
