How many panels do I need?

Divide your measured vented ridge length in feet by 4 and round up. We recommend adding one extra top-off panel for cuts or breaks.

Example: 48 feet of vented ridge needs 12 panels. With one recommended extra, order a quantity of 13 panels.

Built for roofing crews

Galvanized steel, 8 × 8 woven mesh, nominal 0.017-inch wire, approximately 0.108-inch clear openings, and double-hemmed edges. For new construction and reroofing; homeowners can buy directly for their roofer.

Fit & installation

Install over the ridge slot beneath a compatible continuous ridge vent and cap, following the Builder installation guide and host-vent ventilation, fastening, overlap and end details. The host vent and cap are separate. Roof installation is for qualified installers; the completed assembly must meet the applicable project requirements.
