Refund Policy
FireTek LLC provides specialized, custom, and site-specific wildfire mitigation and fireproofing services. Due to the nature of construction and retrofit work, all services are subject to the terms outlined below.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and materials. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered. If a project is canceled prior to the start of work and before materials are ordered, a deposit refund may be issued at FireTek LLC’s discretion.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel a scheduled service prior to the commencement of work. Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. Any labor performed or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will remain billable.
Materials
Materials that have been installed, customized, cut, or otherwise altered are non-refundable. Unused and returnable materials may be eligible for a partial refund, less any applicable restocking, handling, or supplier fees.
Workmanship
FireTek LLC does not offer refunds for completed services. If a concern arises regarding workmanship, FireTek LLC will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, perform corrective work in accordance with industry standards. Corrective service is the sole remedy offered for workmanship-related concerns.
Unforeseen Conditions
In the event that work cannot be completed due to unsafe site conditions, weather events, regulatory issues, or other circumstances beyond FireTek LLC’s control, services may be rescheduled or partially refunded at FireTek LLC’s discretion.
